Sound, Stimming & Spirit
WHO THE F*CK AM I?
The 9-week experience…
LIVE-ONLINE
A Sound Wisdom Program with Shannon Rose Scott
9 weeks of unmasking, self-exploration and embodied discovery for neurodivergent women — including those still figuring out what neurodivergence means for them.
Through sound, movement, stimming, expressive arts, meditation, play and embodied exploration, we’ll get curious about you — your needs, your senses, your emotions, your energy, your creativity, your pleasure, your weirdness and your way of being in the world.
You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to have yourself figured out. You don’t need to be “good” at anything. That’s kind of the f*cking point.
You just need to be curious.
WHO THE F*CK ARE YOU?
Not who you've learned to be.
Not who you're supposed to be.
Not the version of you that makes everyone else comfortable.
YOU.

THIS ISN’T ANOTHER COURSE ABOUT FIXING YOURSELF.
You’re not here to become a better, calmer, more productive version of yourself.
You’re here to experience yourself.
You’re here to express yourself.
You’re here to accept and actually LIKE yourself.
You’re here to understand yourself better than you did before.
We’ll use sound, movement, stimming, expressive arts, meditation, rhythm, creativity and play to explore what happens when you stop trying to override your natural ways of being.
Instead of talking about yourself all the time, we’ll get curious through your body, senses, emotions, energy, imagination and nervous system.
There is no perfect way to participate.
You might move.
You might stim.
You might make noise.
You might draw.
You might dance.
You might lie on the floor.
You might sit quietly and listen.
There is nothing to perform here.
The question isn’t:
“How do I become who I’m supposed to be?”
It’s:
“Who the f*ck am I when I don’t have to?”
You’re not just thinking about yourself.
You’re experiencing yourself.
Sound, Stimming & Spirit is a 9-week live online experience to help you explore what actually feels like you.
ONLY 4–6 women per group!

What if you’ve been trying to solve the wrong problem?
Maybe the problem was never that you weren't disciplined enough.
Productive enough.
Organized enough.
Social enough.
Consistent enough.
Calm enough.
Maybe you've spent your life trying to make yourself work according to a roadmap that was never designed for your brain.
So instead of asking:
“Why can't I make myself do this?”
What happens if you start asking:
“What conditions actually allow MY brain and body to work?”
What do I need?
What do I enjoy?
What helps me feel safe enough to explore?
What makes me feel alive?
What have I learned to suppress, override or second-guess?
What happens when I stop automatically assuming that different means wrong?
That’s the exploration at the heart of Sound, Stimming & Spirit.
You’re not just thinking about yourself.
You’re experiencing yourself.
There are things about yourself you may never discover by thinking your way there.
So we explore through:
Sound • Movement • Stimming • Expressive Arts • Rhythm • Meditation • Breath • Creativity • Body Awareness • Improvisation • Reflection • Play • Connection
Sometimes you'll move.
Sometimes you'll make sound.
Sometimes you'll draw or write.
Sometimes you'll listen.
Sometimes you'll stim.
Sometimes you'll lie on the floor.
Sometimes you'll laugh.
And sometimes one experience will lead into another and show you something you couldn't have reached by thinking your way there.
You don't need to be good at any of it.
This isn't about performance.
It's about curiosity.
“Okay… but how do I actually DO that?”
Let go.
Process.
Integrate.
Listen to your body.
Connect with yourself.
We hear these things all the time.
But how?
In Sound Wisdom, we don’t rely on just one way of understanding ourselves.
A drawing might become a piece of writing.
A piece of writing might become a sound.
A sound might become movement.
Movement might reveal a sensation.
And suddenly something you couldn’t explain has another way to be expressed.
The art forms become ways of knowing.
You don’t always have to explain yourself first.
Sometimes you can move it. Sound it. Draw it. Write it. Breathe with it. Play with it. Get curious about it.
And then see what you discover.
Structure creates safety.
Play creates possibility.
My autistic brain loves structure, predictability, repetition and knowing what’s coming.
My ADHD brain needs novelty, movement, creativity, improvisation and play.
I need both.
And Sound, Stimming & Spirit was built with both.
There’s enough structure to give you something to hold onto — and enough freedom to discover what happens when you stop trying to do everything “right.”
Because maybe you don’t need another program teaching you how to perform better.
Maybe you need somewhere you can experiment with being more YOU.
Sound Wisdom brings together structured practices with opportunities for improvisation, experimentation and play.
We might move from sound → movement → creativity → reflection.
A drawing might become writing.
Writing might become sound.
Sound might become movement.
Instead of needing to explain yourself first, you get different ways to experience, express and listen to yourself.
No performing required.
This is not a program where you need to sit perfectly still on Zoom for three hours pretending to be a Good Student™.
Your participation gets to look different from moment to moment.
Camera on or off.
Talk or don’t talk.
Move. Stim. Draw. Write. Lie down. Eat. Drink. Take a break. Leave and come back.
Some days you may want to share everything.
Other days, watching and listening may be exactly what you have capacity for.
That counts too.
All activities are invitations.
You choose how you participate based on your capacity that day.
You don’t need to explain why you need what you need.

What happens over the nine weeks?
WEEK 1 — ARRIVING + CREATING THE CONTAINER
We begin by exploring how you participate best and establishing the practices and shared container we’ll use throughout the program.
WEEKS 2–8 — EMBODIED EXPLORATION
Using the seven chakras as an underlying framework, we explore different aspects of self through sound, rhythm, movement, expressive arts, meditation, body awareness, stimming, reflection and play.
You’ll learn SPECIFIC PRACTICES such as the rhythms of the 7 Chakras, and neurodivergent friendly body, breath and meditation practices.
You’ll also be guided through SPECIFIC EXPRESSIVE ARTS ACTIVITIES that allow you to integrate, understand and EXPRESS your experience.
This isn’t just another “Chakra and Draw Our Feelings Arts course” - this is a deep dive into TRANSFORMATIVE PRACTICES.
WEEK 9 — INTEGRATION + CLOSING
We bring the pieces together, revisit what you’ve discovered, notice what has shifted and explore what you want to carry forward.
The goal isn’t to emerge nine weeks later as some finished, fully figured-out version of yourself.
It’s to understand yourself differently, trust yourself more, have more ways to listen to yourself — and know how to keep exploring.
Wait… THREE HOURS?! 😂
Yep.
Each live session is three hours.
But you’re not going to spend three hours sitting there while I lecture at you.
We move between modalities throughout the session.
We move. We listen. We create. We explore. We reflect. We talk. We take a break.
There’s space for individual exploration AND approximately an hour for group reflection, questions, conversation and connection.
The longer container gives us something a 60-minute class can’t:
Time to arrive. Explore. Follow something somewhere interesting. And come back again.
I promise you that three hours will not feel like three hours.
And you get to keep exploring.
The portions of our live sessions where I’m guiding the practices, activities and experiences will be recorded.
You will not be recorded.
You’ll also receive the accompanying Sound Wisdom activity handouts to use between sessions and return to afterward.
You’ll have lifetime access to the available guided recordings + handouts.
Because the same practice may show you something completely different six months or a year from now.
Lifetime access means access for as long as the materials remain hosted and the technology/platform used to provide them continues to support access.
Hi, I’m Shannon.
I’ve spent decades creating spaces where people can explore through sound, creativity, movement, meditation, expression and play.
My background brings together training and professional experience in:
Expressive Arts Therapeutic Facilitation • Theatre Arts • Child, Youth & Family Work • Yoga + Meditation • Music • Sanskrit Mantra • Sound Healing • Group Facilitation
I’ve taught and developed the work underneath Sound, Stimming & Spirit for years.
And later in life, I discovered that I’m AuDHD.
Suddenly, I understood something about the environments I had been creating all along:
Structure — but room to move.
Depth — but also play.
Guidance — but also choice.
I had been creating the kinds of spaces my own brain needed long before I understood why I needed them.
Sound, Stimming & Spirit brings that lifetime of work together through the lens I understand now.
Six women.
Nine weeks.
No performing required.
Each cohort is intentionally tiny: approximately 4–6 women.
Not 30 people on Zoom.
Not a webinar.
A small group with room for exploration, questions, conversation, quiet, connection and individual experience.
Each session is three hours because we’re not rushing through an activity and sending you home.
We have time to arrive, explore, take a break, reflect, connect and follow something somewhere interesting.

Maybe you’ve always felt… different.
Like everyone else somehow received a handbook for being human and yours never arrived.
So you learned to watch.
Adapt.
To read the room.
To figure out what people expected.
To become easier to understand.
Maybe you've been called too sensitive. Too intense. Too emotional. Too distracted. Too inconsistent. Too much.
Or maybe you've simply spent years wondering:
Why does being human seem to require so much f*cking effort?
And somewhere along the way, maybe you started finding language for some of it.
Autism. ADHD. AuDHD. Masking. Stimming. Sensory needs. Executive functioning. Burnout.
Maybe you have a diagnosis.
Maybe you’ve identified it for yourself.
Maybe you're still sitting there thinking, “Holy sh*t… could this be me?”
You don't need to have it all figured out to be here.
Ready to explore who the fuck you are?
You don’t need another person telling you who you should be.
And I’m not going to tell you who you are.
I’m going to create the conditions where you can discover more of yourself for yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a formal autism, ADHD or AuDHD diagnosis?
No. You may be formally diagnosed, self-identified, strongly suspect you're neurodivergent, or still figuring out what language fits your experience. You do not need to prove that you're “neurodivergent enough” to be here.
Do I need any experience with sound, meditation, movement or expressive arts?
Not at all. You don't need to be musical, artistic, flexible, good at meditation—or good at sitting still. 😂 Everything is exploratory, and there is no “right” way to do it.
Do I need to own any instruments or special supplies?
No. Your body and voice are already instruments, and many practices can be adapted using things you already have at home. If you own a frame drum, Himalayan singing bowl or other instruments, you may have opportunities to use them, but they are not required. I'll let you know about any simple art materials to have available.
Do I have to keep my camera on?
No. Camera on, camera off, audio only, moving around, lying down, stimming, taking a break, leaving and coming back—your participation can change according to your capacity. You don't need to explain why.
Do I have to share personal things with the group?
No. There will be opportunities for reflection, conversation and connection, but sharing is always optional. You can keep an experience entirely private.
Three hours sounds like a lot. Am I really expected to focus for three hours?
No—and I wouldn't want to either. 😂 These aren't three-hour lectures. We move between sound, movement, creativity, meditation, individual exploration, conversation and reflection, with a break built into each session.
What if I have to miss a session?
The portions of each session where I'm guiding the practices, activities and experiences will be recorded, and you'll have the accompanying activity handouts to return to. Because participant sharing and interaction are not recorded, the recordings won't completely replace the live group experience.
Will I be recorded?
No. Participants will not be recorded. Recordings focus on me guiding the practices, activities and experiences.
How long will I have access to the recordings and handouts?
You'll have lifetime access to the available guided recordings and activity handouts, so you can revisit the practices after the program ends. Lifetime access means for as long as the materials remain hosted and the technology/platform used to provide them continues to support access.
How big are the groups?
Very small. Each cohort is intentionally limited to approximately 4–6 women so there is room for individual experience, conversation, questions and connection.
How do I choose my cohort?
When you register, you'll select every cohort time you can genuinely attend and tell me your first choice. I'll use those responses to create the strongest possible groups. Cohorts run based on enrollment.
What happens if none of the cohort times I selected ends up running?
If I can't offer you a place in any of the times you told me you could attend, you can choose either a full refund or 100% tuition credit toward a future cohort.
What's included in the Private Integration Package?
It includes the complete 9-week program plus two private 90-minute Integration Sessions with me. These sessions are for individually exploring and integrating whatever has emerged for you through the program. They can be used in December 2026 and/or January 2027 and expire January 31, 2027. The package is available in limited quantities and only when you initially register.
Is this therapy?
No. Sound, Stimming & Spirit is an educational and experiential program. It may feel personally supportive or therapeutic, but it is not psychotherapy, diagnosis or medical treatment, and I'm not acting as your therapist.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Yes! There are separate registration pages for USD / International and CAD / Canada, so you can choose the currency that works for you.
Still not sure? Want to try me first? 😂
Book a 60-minute Sound Wisdom Experience Session for $36 USD / $50 CAD. This is an actual private experiential session—not a sales call—and if you decide to join Sound, Stimming & Spirit, 100% of the session fee will be credited toward your program tuition.
